An excellent opportunity to join a high profile organisation for experienced Service Delivery professionals with large, enterprise-scale experience and within the technology sphere of Internet/e-commerce solutions or Telephony/Voice/IVR/CTI/Data. Newly created roles, you will take responsibility for the introduction and operational management of IT Service Performance for this company’s clients and user base in a dynamic, leading edge environment. You will take responsibility for negotiation and monitoring of SLAs, for vendor management, stakeholder management and the pro-active delivery of IT Service Performance in a rapidly changing business environment. We require experienced IT Service Delivery professionals with strong ITIL knowledge/experience (ideally Green badge minimum certified), with SLA negotiation experience and essentially, strong vendor management experience. Due to the nature of the business, we require candidates with large-scale, complex environment experience and ideally, Financial Services or similar.
