| Dynamic Microsoft Server Engineer sought for exciting contract opportunity with major UK client
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will perform the following:
- Act as escalation for Systems Administration staff in the resolution of technical issues on Microsoft platforms
- Act as focal point for cross-site or cross-platform issues and propose and implement solutions that fit within the infrastructure
- Liaise with supplier support staff in the diagnosis and resolution of system related problems
- Act as reviewer and quality assurance for technical content of compliance documents
DESIRABLE SKILLS
The ideal candidate will be able to prove the following:
- MCSE qualification, or a demonstrable competancy level up to MCSE standard
- Significant experience with Microsoft server support in a research/development environment, including systems management and communications (ideally TCP/IP)
- The ability to work in a team and pro-actively contribute to the overall team goals
- A knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry would be highly desirable
