KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Perform Soft changes on Avaya platforms such as: G3r, Si, Csi, S87xx, S8500 and S8300 pbx equipments, and also Intuity / Embedded Audix Voice mail systems
- Hunt, pickup etc group key appearance change, transfer, pick-up, ring again Name change
- Audix Voicemail account voicemail password resets
- Able to patch Voice/Data ports via Cat5 / 110 patch frames
- Write / change VDN’s and vectors. and perform hard / soft MACD’s
DESIRABLE SKILLS
The ideal candidate will be able to prove proficiency with Avaya platforms, with the ability to work at a Second Line level
