| Technical Fault Manager Edinburgh (Wholesale Fixed Line Faults) required by leading Edinburgh based client. You will have a strong telecoms background with experience of dealing with customers and wholesale clients such as BT. To date you will have worked in environments that will have seen you gain exposure to Wholesale Line Rental environments as well as exposure to Project Management. You will be looking to manage and rationalise the fault resolution department providing expertise and process to a growing team building on your excellent career to date. You will have responsibility for the customer experience from the Support team dealing with Wholesale Line Rental customers. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Fault Management Engineer with experience of Running a fixed line fault desk with a strong background of dealing with Wholesale Line Rental customers and clients. |
