| IT support, Manchester - we are growing our successful engineering and professional services team and are looking to employ IT Support Engineer Technician who already has a good understanding of computer networking concepts and would like to progress a career in IT. The successful candidate will have the following: Networking LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows Operating Systems 2000/XP/Pro and general hardware & software support experience, desirables include: telephone/remote, hands-on support experience, some Server knowledge, W2000/W2003, MS Exchange, Citrix, SQL Server, must be certified to MCP level. The successful candidate will be required to visit customer s sites on occasions and must therefore be presentable and demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken grammar skills at interview.
