| Technical Support - Bracknell a leading communications company has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic tech Support Engineer to join a new EMEA support department. You will need experience in supporting VOIP protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, MEGACO and/or a working knowledge of ISDN & SS7 together with a working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, IP routing, LAN/WAN). It would be advantageous to have experience with basic programming/Scripting in C, TCL and VB. Continued training and support will be provided.
