MS Office
MS Outlook
Lotus Notes V6.5.
Active Directory Admin
M.S Exchange Admin
Remote Access tools (PC Anywhere an/or Dameware)
Remote Access Solutions (e.g. VPN)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Blackberry handset support (desirable)
