Introduction
System Administrator / Analyst with experience of Oracle databases, data administration, manipulation and integrity checking of data using Access and Excel along with system support, is required by one of the largest technical consultancies in the world.
Job specification
We are looking for someone who can administer an Oracle Database System and who has experience in, or is willing to be trained up to become a specialist in EXOR - Infrastructure Asset Management Software.
The successful candidates role involve the following:
1) Day to Day management of the EXOR system.
2) Producing SQL reports from the database, interpret and analyse the data with a view to performance improvement.
3) Data integrity checking.
4) Liaison with end users, engineers and managers on a daily basis, be able to understand and meet their expectations, and to suggest improvements and developments that may enhance company performance.
5) Provide application support to users of the system.
You will be working for a leading Professional Support Services Company with over 7000 employees and in excess of 80 offices around the UK. This role attracts a salary commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package.
