IT SUPPORT ANALYST / HELPDESK ANALYST - IT JOB LEEDS - West Yorkshire . Windows 2003 Server , Windows 2003 Workstation , Active Directory , Exchange 2000 / 2003 /2007 Server , IIS 5 & 6 , ISA2000 , VMware , Firewalls , VPN , TCP/IP . Innovative and supportive public sector body have an immediate requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their expanding team. This is a multifaceted role that entails first/secondline helpdesk issues , assisting with the configuration / maintenance of hardware/software/network systems, participation in data back-up procedures etc. Any exposure to Exchange 2003/2007, IIS5 & 6 , and ISA2000 , or possession of industry specific qualifications such as MCSA or MCSE 200/2003 are all highly desirable.
