Cisco Network Support Engineer required urgently based on the Middlesex/North West London border.The successful applicant will have CCNA level experience (CCNA certified candidates are preferred).You will provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support.You will primarily be responsible for switch, router & network fault diagnosis & resolution of tech enquiries.Good career prospects. Required skills & experience includes: Cisco (switch/router) admin, fault finding, diagnosis skills.Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking with an in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP.Experience of working to SLA`s essential.A knowledge of Service Management / Help Desk / Fault Tracking systems (i.e. HP Openview, Remedy) essential.Knowledge of Windows based terminals and laptops, including some experience of Active Directory (adv).Knowledge of Citrix Metaframe XP (desirable).Monarch Recruitment Limited provides services as an Agency and an Employment Business
