| Role: recruit, retain, lead and manage 25 Business Analysts in line with clients policies and procedures. Essential: must have worked on large complex projects. Excellent leadership skills able to lead, motivate and inspire teams in a Matrix management environment. Able to manage performance, develop and coach junior staff. Technical: identify and document requirements. Able to write business cases and feasibility studies. Strong exp in business transformation and implementation of business change. Knowledge of analysis techniques, tools and methodologies; UML, DSDM, SSADM, RUP, RAD/JAD. Knowledge of project reporting requirements to PMO and ability to draft/make reports. |
