| Our client is one of the world's leading IT infrastructure outsourcers, with large contracts in place with the MoD and defence sectors. A vacancy has arisen for an innovative and motivated Systems Architect to provide an enterprise service management solution. You will be working on multiple client accounts with an infrastructure focus and have the ability to develop and present infrastructure solutions to leadership and technical teams. You should have previous experience as a Designer with experience in at least 3 information technology disciplines in a Client Server environment, including systems management, network management, application development, Middleware, database management and operations. You should have one of Peregrine, Vantive, Remedy or similar trouble ticketing solutions, as well as one of Tivoli, CA Unicenter, Microsoft SMS/MOM or similar, and any of BMC Artrium, Blazent Analytics, nLayers, HP Openview, Oblicore, Proxima Centauri, and SAP. A knowledge of ITIL and a strong understanding of IT security concerns and solutions related to service management is important. |
