| Our client is looking for an experienced Systems Architect who can perform the necessary architecture, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an enterprise service management solution based on a core set of capabilities. Our client is one of the world's leading IT service support providers and is currently undertaking a number of high profile contracts for the UK MoD and other government sectors. You will be required to work on multiple client accounts with Infrastructure focus and must have the ability to develop and present infrastructure solutions to leadership and technical teams. In addition you will be required to lead and direct technical team members in delivering the operational solutions by providing life cycle management guidance, architectural and design, and engineer to operate direction primarily for ITIL based service management solutions. Skills/experience: extensive experience required in at least three Information Technology disciplines in a Client Server environment, including but not limited to; systems management, network management, application management, Middleware, database management and operations. Extensive experience in IT systems architecture or engineering. Working knowledge of Tivoli, CA Unicentre or Microsoft SMS/MOM. Working knowledge of one of Peregrine, Vantive, Remedy or similar ticketing systems. Strong understanding of IT security concerns and solutions related to service management. |
