| Our client is looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer who will be able to perform the necessary analysis and design tasks related to the development of sub-components of an enterprise service management solution. Our client is one of the world's leading IT service support providers and is currently undertaking a number of high profile contracts for the UK MoD and other government sectors. You will be required to work on multiple client accounts with infrastructure focus and must have the ability to develop and present infrastructure solutions to leadership and technical teams. Skills/experience: experience in at least two information technology disciplines in a Client Server environment, including, but not limited to, systems management, network management, application development, database management, operations. Extensive experience in IT systems design or engineering. Working knowledge of Tivoli, CA Unicenter, or Microsoft SMS/MOM. Working knowledge of one of Peregrine, Vantive, Remedy or similar ticketing systems. |
