| Systems Architect. Role: translates objectives and critical success factors into actionable business, organization and technology strategies. Creates information technology plans based on an understanding of the organisation, strategic direction, technology context and business needs. Design and develop integrated business/engineering systems and products to support the service management capabilities. Control project requirements, scope and change management issues. Participate in the governance activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise technical and Solution Architecture mandatory. Qualifications for Systems Architect: strong requirements determination and management skills. Experience in Information Technology disciplines in a Client Server environment, systems management, network management, application development, Middleware, database management and operations or equivalent. Experience in IT architecture or engineering systems. Experience working enterprise perspective in large organisations. Knowledge and exposure to service management automation tools/technologies supporting configuration management, service level reporting, asset management/analytics, service request, service desk, problem, incident, change managements. Strong understanding of IT security concerns and solutions related to service management. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio & Powerpoint. Knowledge of ITIL. |
