| IT Desktop Support - Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. 19k-24k + benefits. National business require experienced Desktop Support Professional with some commercial experience gained in a large business to support users over 2 sites. You will be working in a team of four and the role involves reacting to calls from the helpdesk system, liaising with users, investigating and resolving problems and escalating the call to 2nd line support if necessary. You will be supporting Windows 2003/XP and deal with issues on desktops, laptops, printers, handheld devices, Hubs, office moves, and software installation - the company are keen to support ongoing study and supply an excellent range of benefits To apply for the role you must have: desktop support experience gained in a large commercial environment using Windows 2003/XP/Outlook, either a Degree or HND as well as strong communication skills, flexibility in your approach and a clean driving licence and your own transport.
