| Service Manager/ITIL/Banking/Financial ServicesService Manager required/Service Delivery/SLAs/ITIL for Service professionals with Financial Services Credit Cards or Loans experience, major Financial Services, to £45k + Banking benefits. An excellent opportunity to join a high profile organisation for experienced Service Management professionals with Banking/Cards/Loans experience. You will take responsibility for the introduction and operational management of IT Service Performance to the Business for technology services based around Cards/Loans banking systems in a dynamic, leading edge environment. You will take responsibility monitoring of SLAs, for 3rd party/vendor management including close monitoring of SLAs, stakeholder management and the pro-active delivery of IT Service Performance in a rapidly changing business environment. We require experienced IT Service Delivery professionals with strong ITIL knowledge/experience (ideally Green badge minimum certified), with SLA experience and essentially, strong vendor management experience.
