| Service Manager required to manage Service Performance/Vendor Management//ITIL/within Firewalls/LAN technology environment, major Financial Services, to £43k + Banking benefits (Northampton). An excellent opportunity to join a high profile organisation for experienced Service Delivery professionals with Service Performance, 3rd party supplier management, large, enterprise-scale experience and within the technology sphere of LAN/Firewall/VPN technologies. A newly created role, you will take responsibility for the introduction and operational management of IT Service Performance for this company’s clients and user base in a dynamic, leading edge environment. You will take responsibility for negotiation and monitoring of SLAs, for vendor management, stakeholder management and the pro-active delivery of IT Service Performance for Firewalls/VPN/LAN technology environments in a rapidly changing business environment. We require experienced IT Service professionals with strong ITIL knowledge/experience (ideally Green badge minimum certified), with Service Performance and essentially, strong vendor management experience. Technology knowledge/experience around Firewalls/LAN/VPNs also essential due to area of technology.
