Dynamic Software Application Support professional sought for exciting contract role with major Pharmaceutical company
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following:
- Provide first-line support for Impala (application used to control the clinical drug assignment and drug inventory at clinical trial sites), managing issue resolution with efficient response time according to the SLAs in place
- Responsible for conceptual and practical understanding and execution of issue escalation procedures
- Assist with Impala implementation activities, as and when required
- Other related duties
DESIRABLE SKILLS
The ideal candidate will be able to prove the following:
- Demonstrable knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry would be highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively, and to produce clear and concise documentation using data drawn from numerous sources
- Significant experience with telerandomisation (IVRS) and/or helpdesk activities
- Strong computer skills and competency with MS Office suite
