Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a System / Business Consultant to undertake Functional Specification work on a variety of systems. The ideal candidate will have a Systems Analysis history and ideally have experience of Telecoms
Role:
Work with the business to identify opportunities to solve business issues, identifying and qualifying the associated benefits measurements
Takes ownership and manages projects.
Produce feasibility/bid documents and help produce business cases to assist the deployment of solutions
Developing integrated project plans,schedules and cost estimates
Identifying resource requirements
Managing budgets allocated to projects
Providing necessary management reports and maintaining risks registers,reports etc
Input into the development of cost-effective IT strategy and architectures
Skills Required:
Business or IT related degree or equivalent
Ability to identify, quantify and articulate business benefit metrics of change programmes.
Competent the Definition, Measurement, Analysis, Implementation and Control techniques.
Knowledge of IT systems.Strong skills in MS Office products and project management tools, process and requirement mapping tools.
Significant capability in area of expertise backed up with appropriate qualifications where these exist
Awareness of UK Telecoms industry, regulatory and compliance issues with recent exposure to ETSI & OFCOM
Competent in Project / Programme mgt skills in a recognised qualification (Prince 2)
