Help Desk Analyst, Macclesfield, Job of dreams! My client is a house hold name that is going from strength to strength during the past few years. Due to internal promotion the need has arisen to recruit a dynamic Service Desk Analyst (Help desk Analyst) The Successful Service Desk Analyst (Help desk Analyst) will be general support to a wide variety of users at all levels. The candidate ideally will have at least 12mth IT service desk / Helpdesk / desktop support experience and have at experience of basic network support, Hardware devices, windows applications and documentation skills.You must have grade C or above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
