They are looking for an EPOS Technical Support Specialist to join their impressive Birmingham, West Midlands based offices. You will provide support & technical product advice to both the sales & account teams. You need to have previous EPOS support experience having worked in a client facing environment. You also need a good understanding of the IT development lifecycle including UAT testing. You need a good technical knowledge of EPOS systems and network communications.
