A support/escalation analyst is required to work for this Milton Keynes based client as part of the IT helpdesk team. In this role you will be responsible for the dedicated escalation phone line, ensuring that all escalations are owned, tracked and resolved in line with agreed procedures and time scales.
You will have experience working within a Telephony Customer Service role and will be confident in using Microsoft Applications, such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. You will also ideally have experience of Remedy incident management toolset.
