| Service/Support Manager - London, City. Based in both the West London and City area's. We are looking for a Senior Manager to work within an engineering and professional services team for a major software house. Managing, creating and developing service level/support management issues for seven figure ticket products provided too fortune 500 based clients (especially the investment banking arena). You will be a Graduate with IT experience. You would have worked for a major and reputable software solutions business, or a major consultancy style business providing support solutions to bespoke products. Communication skills are essential to complement your customer management and technical understanding. You will ideally have started in a support team or software development team. Then moved into team management then been given access to help support and develop third party client relationships.
