| Business Analyst/Systems Analyst Publishing House/London. Publishing house based in London currently requires a Business Analyst to come on board for a 6 month contract. Applicants will be required to work within the business to support the business strategy and to identify business requirements within the IT team, to document the business process and map existing applications against the business functionality. Responsibilities: working with our clients, develops models of the business processes and assures the consistency of the process and data models at the conceptual and logical levels. Identifies and documents business rules, functional capabilities and business events; relates business rules to the process model. Conducts gap analysis between current and to-be states; identifies gaps and defines and documents requirements to close gaps. Identifies and reports risks throughout the life of the project and provides mitigation strategies for those risks.
