Financial Support Engineer, SAGE, Access Accounts, Pegasus One of my key clients is looking to recruit a dynamic team member to join their busy team as a Financial Support Engineer. Technically you MUST have good knowledge of supporting financial packages e.g. Sage, Access Accounts, Pegasus or Great Plains and knowledge of Microsoft office based applications. It would also be of benefit to have basic knowledge SQL Query Writing and be able to support bespoke applications, which use Oracle, SQL and Crystal Reports. You will be responsible as first/second line support dealing with around 20 incoming calls a day working as part of team of 15, though you must be able to work independently.
