Junior Application Support Engineer, SQL, Siebel, Windows, Financial My client requires a Junior Application Support Engineer. You will require a good background knowledge in SQL in a Windows environment, be able to monitor and report on application logs including security. Help coordinate fault and problem management with the IT support desk according to the relevant help desk and escalation procedures. An experience working with Siebel and web environments will also be beneficial. You will be supporting their core elements of the my client's solution including systems administration and problem management. To support my clients working environment with the business users and developers of the system to ensure that local configuration and optimisation take place. Graduates Accepted.
