Senior Application Support Engineer, SQL, Siebel, Windows, Financial My client requires a Senior Application Support Engineer. You will require a experienced background knowledge in SQL in a Windows Environment, Siebel, Knowledge of call and contact centres and web environments gained in the uk financial services environment. In-depth experience monitoring and reporting on application logs including security. Co-ordinate fault and problem management and is able to do root cause analysis and ensure corrective action takes place. Providing management information relating to systems administration and service levels. You will be supporting their core elements of the my client's solution including systems administration and problem management.
