Financial client require experienced business analyst to work on a large project replacing their current Financial Reporting System. The BA will be required to capture the business requirements of the new system, interface with the developers to ensure an appropriate translation of those requirements into a technical specification and produce and evaluate the test plans and UAT. Required and essential skills needed are knowledge of structured business analysis methodologies eg UML (Use Cases), ability to understand, document and communicate complex financial processes and experience in producing test scripts and performing system testing & UAT. Candidate must come from a financial accounting background or have good knowledge of the Lloyds Insurance Market s business model.Skills which are desirable for this role include awareness of development techniques and application tools, particularly SQL Server and C#.net, the ability to produce User Interface Design documents and develop prototypes to assist users in understanding proposed system.
