| Cisco, CCNP, CCNA, Support. Farnborough, Hampshire. My client, a large IT solutions company, requires several CCNA/CCNP Cisco 2nd Line Support Engineers to support their customers. This will include troubleshooting, Cisco understanding, customer service and resolving or escalating problems. Your primary function is to take customer calls & handle them according to the customers SLA. You must have a strong knowledge of IT (preferably service provider based), and knowledge of Configuring Cisco Carrier Class equipment is desirable as is any experience of analysing core switch/Firewall logs and diagnosing technical faults. Relevant Cisco qualifications are of interest CCNP or CCNA. My client is 5 minutes walk from the train station and 40 minutes from Waterloo station via train.
