| Novell Champion Support Specialist - Uxbridge, c30k. You will be required to: provide 1st and 2nd level support to the IS helpdesk. Provide technical systems support to the installed systems infrastructure. Record and maintain accurate records of all calls and update them as problems are resolved and users notified. Provide support for mission critical systems during and outside of normal business hours. Maintain user accounts in accordance with IS policy. Periodic review of user accounts database. Work closely with senior technical support staff. Key requirements: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. Should have specific knowledge in one or more of the following areas: System backups, recovery or data archiving. Proven track record in the planning, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of a multiple Server Netware 6 environment. CNE qualification highly desirable. CV to (see below). |
