| URGENT REQUIREMENT. XP, 2000, 2003. TCP/IP, Printer, email administration. Helpdesk support analyst required to work on a busy helpdesk. Role will be primarily 1st / 2nd line support calls. Must have excellent customer service skills, communication and strong attention to detail in logging and resolving support calls experience in a similar role. You must have Windows 2000 / XP, MS Office support experience, ideally with some Active Directory knowledge. Any AV, MCSA, MCP, Citrix skills desirable.
