| Test Environment Technical Support Analyst - insurance/financial services exp. A large surrey based insurance company seek an experienced Technical Support Analyst with experience of working within testing environment to define and maintain the test environments to ensure the most effective and efficient use of resources available. To support Test Analysts in the use of these environments. You will need: experience of technical and/or infrastructure support. Experience in network administration. Experience of testing would be an advantage. Experience in working in a Client Server environment is essential. Able to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills. Desirable: in depth knowledge of multi-tier Client Server and Web architecture. Detailed knowledge of the configuration management process. Practical knowledge of SQL and how to use this to interrogate databases. Knowledge of Windows XP, SQL Server, COM+, and Citrix operating systems and environments. The ability to use remote management tools to diagnose and resolve incidents for environment users. Basic understanding of functional test processes and techniques. Surrey. 30k-35k plus 30% benefits package. |
