| Business Analyst/Business Process Analyst insurance/financial services exp. A large Surrey based insurance company seek 2 expd Business Analysts/Business Process Analysts with a good understanding of business processes and procedures & their development. Business process mapping experience obtained within the insurance sector (essential), ideally within income protection & employee benefits. Responsible for: gathering the necessary information from business process owners & experts. Mapping & documenting current state business processes. Process issues will also be documented as a secondary activity. Obtaining agreement & sign-off from process owners. Conducting analysis of the existing business processes using appropriate investigative methods & techniques. Delivering business process documentation & maps according to specified criteria. Obtaining feedback & final sign-off from business process owners and experts. Recording process issues and opportunities (as stated by the business) determined during process analysis. Reporting on progress and issues arising to the team lead and attending quality reviews as required. Contributing to the end to end process map at the end of the project. Skills: strong policy life cycle knowledge and understanding of the related business functions. Experience in the use of control ES (desirable). |
