The Company:
Our client is a leading multinational company based in the South of London who are currently recruiting for a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and any of the following languages (French, German, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish).
The Role:
The role involves handling client issues as well as providing technical support for customers.
Further responsibilities are:
- Manage customer communication effectively by using various types of media
- Deliver high service standards by meeting customer expectations
- Finding solutions for customer issues of any kind
- Update and maintain databases
- Produce reports
- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Participate in regular training to keep up to date
- Fulfil any other ad hoc duties that might arise
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is negotiable depending on the experience of the candidate but is likely to be between £15,500 and £17,000 pa basic with the opportunity of £1,500 pa incentive and £1,300 pa bonus depending on individual and company performance. Other benefits include BUPA private health care, pension and life assurance.
The candidate has to work 7.5 hours/day flexible shift work (7:00am-7:00pm). Bank holiday working is required.

The client is looking for a person who speaks English and any of the following languages (French, German, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Finnish, Dutch, Norwegian). Furthermore the candidate
- is a team player working proactively towards achieving increased customer service levels.
- Has experience in customer service and has worked within a technical environment for at least one year.
- Is IT literate (including Microsoft Office as well as having a basic knowledge of WinNT environments, Web Browsers, Firewalls, proxy servers, TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting
- Has excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and any of the following languages (French, German, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Finnish, Dutch, Norwegian)
- Strong organisational skills and being able to work under pressure
