The Company:
Our client is a global leader in providing business solutions for all industries. They are currently looking to recruit a German Speaker in their Technical support team at their European Head Office in Galway, Ireland.
The Role:
You will be responsible for trouble-shooting and solving incoming customer problems. You will be part of a new Team tasked with developing new Support Processes. The successful candidate will be very flexible and drive ideas on how to use the latest technology to optimize Customer Support.
Duties will include:
- Analyse and resolve customer messages by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customising entries or hardware parameters.
-Feedback recommendations for improvement regarding Product and Support process improvements to Development Support.
-Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
- Share knowledge with the team.
- Maintain Technical Knowledge Database.
Salary/Additional Information:
Salary is €25,000 - €29,000
Hours are Mon - Fri 08.30 - 16.30 (38 hour week)

Skills:

- Candidates must be fluent in German and English.
- Ideally have a Degree in IT
- Previous IT experience.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Unix/Windows)
- Programming knowledge
- Knowledge of Databases (Oracle/MSSQL)
- Proficiency with PCs and desktop software
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Team Playing skills.
- Flexibility to travel if need be. |
