The Company:
Our client, an international IT company is looking to appoint a German Speaking Technical Support Representative for their offices in Surrey.
The Role:
The role involves:
- being the first point of contact for the both external and internal customers
- categorising the calls and resolving the issues or escalating them to other departments
- monitoring the issues through to the resolution
- producing bulletins and other documents to share knowledge with internal staff
- pursuing and attending training classes
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is up to £22-24,000 + bonus

Skills:

You will be fluent in German and English. Fluency in another European Language is highly beneficial. You will be familiar with some the following applications: Weblogic, Oracle, IIS, Tomcat, MSSQL, Websphere. Knowledge of SQL database, and experience working in Visual Basic, VBS Script is essential. Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems is desirable. Experience in Java, C, C++, C# would be an advantage. |
