Our client, an international IT company, is looking to appoint a German Second Level Support Representative for their offices in Cork.
The Role:
The role will involve:
- managing a broad range of support issues
- supporting deployment and maintenance of company's product
- striving to provide a first call resolution
- working in a quickly developing technical environment
- provide the highest level of customer service for my Client's customers
