The Company:
Our client is an International company currently recruiting a French speaker to work as a Technical Support/Helpdesk advisor at their multilingual office in Greenock, Scotland.
The Role:
Your role will be to provide 1st Level Technical Support to customers via phone, fax and email. These calls will then be logged on the system. You will be expected to take ownership of your customer's problem and solve the problem. Other duties include; assisting with Hardware problems and escalating any issues that cannot be solved to 2nd Level Support whilst still maintaining ownership of the call.
Salary/Additional Information:
Salary is 15,000
Hours are Mon - Fri 08.30 - 16.30 or 9.00 - 17.00 (37 Hours per week)
