The Company:
Our client, a successful international outsourcing company, is currently recruiting for fluent speakers of Finnish for their offices in London. This role will be a temp to perm position, going permanent after an 8-10 week probationary period.
The Role:
The role will involve providing technical troubleshooting for customers who have purchased a particular product, and need assistance in its use and functions
This will be a largely telephone based role whereby your aim will be to provide and outstanding level of customer service to all callers, escalating to a more senior member of the team wherever necessary.
This is an entry level position which will enable the right person to grow and develop their skills set in a challenging environment.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this role will be £6.50 - £7.00 per hour.
