This is a renowned Global Leader in the field of fixed, mobile and next generation networks, they provide world class products in billing, mediation, activation, rating and charging. Powerful solutions for IPTV, Mobile and VoIP. Having recently won a £20 million contract they now seek an experienced Business Process Analyst.
Essential;
•Training and education of users, running forums to review implemented processes and collate user issues. Includes process re-engineering and business change where appropriate. Working closely with their Global Services Delivery function to produce the benefits from SAP.
•SAP master data administration (e.g. creating projects), configuration (if required – they can call on their SAP support partner for specialist work) and report development (specifications and testing)
•Report development includes working with TM1 (analysis database, similar to BW) which holds Project Reports for the business
•Support of 1800 SAP users (1300 Portal and 500 R3 users). Note. all users have a project for timesheet entry
