Plan-Net require customer focused Desktop Support Technicians to join an existing team working on a variety of client sites around London. Experience in a demanding commercial environment is required. You will have the opportunity to boost your current skill set and thrive in a number of corporate environments, working to challenging SLAs.
Candidates will provide a high level of desktop support and 2nd line fix for Microsoft technologies. This is a dynamic role in which you will experience the latest technologies in ITIL compliant environments.
Essential skills:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Experience in using Windows Active Directory
Commercial experience of call-logging software and:
Windows 98, 2000, NT & XP
Lotus notes
MS Office
MS Outlook
Desirable skills/experience:
Exchange Server support
Blackberry server/handset support
Citrix
Remote Access Solutions (VPN, Checkpoint, Securemote)
MCSE
Security clearance is advantageous.
