Desktop Support Technicians with Lotus Notes experience required to join Plan-Net’s Support Services team. Supporting a variety of prestigious clients in London, we require desktop support candidates to provide telephone, email and also remote support with a focus on Lotus Notes V6.5.
The Desktop Support Technician requires solid communication and interpersonal skills and, must be able to work professionally in a pressurised environment.
Essential skills:
Windows 98, 2000, NT & XP
MS Office
MS Outlook
Lotus Notes V6.5.
Active Directory Admin
M.S Exchange Admin
Remote Access tools (PC Anywhere an/or Dameware)
Remote Access Solutions (e.g. VPN)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Blackberry handset support (desirable)
