Job Description:

A contract role has arisen to work as part of a team who is responsible for the provision of 2nd line server support within UK client base.
The role is based at the head office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
The role is both challenging and rewarding, offering plenty of opportunity to advance your technical skills and career.
Key responsibilities are to support customer over the phone helping to solve server / network issues – Windows 2000 & 2003, taking on average between 8 -15 calls per day.
Skills and experience required:
•Server Support experience in a help desk, Support or on site technician role
•Windows 2000 & 2003 and Active Directory
•LAN & WAN advantageous
•Good communication skills, able to speak to non technical people
•Excellent problem solving and team work
