Job Description:

IT Manager with broad and detailed knowledge of IT required to join SW1 based client.
Effectively interfacing between the outsourcer (Plan-Net) and business you will be responsible for delivery of service and performance monitoring/management whilst having hands on approach within the technical environment.
Experience/Requirements
Knowledge of ITIL and best practice standards
Managing IT Systems and projects
Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning
Budgeting (creation and management)
Experience of dealing with IT related legislation (such as Data Protection Act, Freedom of Information Act)
Project Management skills
Manage and deliver technical training
Sound knowledge of Microsoft environment
