Desktop Support leader required to join Plan-Net’s Support Division.
Working on a client site, your primary role is to ensure that calls are taken at peak times and whenever calls are queued as well as monitoring performance & development of the Help Desk Technical Support Analysts.
Reporting to a Help Desk Manager your responsibilities will include acting as the single point of contact for all IT related issues as well as providing support to 1st & 2nd Line level on a Help-Desk supporting c1000 users.
Having excellent communications and interpersonal skills you will be able to work in a pressurised and focused environment whilst being aware that the service you are providing on behalf of Plan-Net Services is focused on customer satisfaction.
