Due to continued expansion Plan-Net now require an additional Service Management Consultant to join a highly successful team.
As well as delivering consultancy based on ITIL best practice methodologies the role also requires the ability to deliver awareness and foundation training to corporate clients.
Ideally you will also be qualified to at least Practitioner level and be able to demonstrating initiative and understanding of client requirements.
The position also involves:
Attending and driving Technical sales visits with external clients when necessary to identify the requirements of an organisation and 'sell' PNS accordingly, demonstrating our value added services.
The production of proposals based on client requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
An awareness of Project Management methodologies, six sigma, MOF technologies and the BS15000 accreditation scheme would also be advantageous.
