Taking its cue from its beginnings in the fashionable entertainment industry, this client now seek an experienced and dedicated SAP Support Manager, too
• Plan and manage SAP support for users. This includes coordinating the help desk and ensuring that the appropriate internal and external resources are used to fix problems efficiently.
• Negotiate and manage relations and contracts with SAP software and service providers, including agreement of service levels
• Liaise daily with external service providers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of open service requests, emergency situations etc.
• Plan and supervise system patches and updates as required.
Essential tools ~
SAP , FI/CO MM, SD, HR, Payroll WM
Communication skills and Business Support acumen is critical.
