2nd Line Server/ Microsoft Systems Support/Desktop/Remote/Essex
Brand new opportunity for a 2nd line Microsoft Systems support technician to join a leading organisation based in Essex. Initially you shall be working on a client site providing support within a MS Server environment and IBM/Dell servers. Following 3-6 months on this site you shall then be working for the actual IT Solutions provider whereby you will be working within the business support team, providing IT infrastructure support to small to medium sized enterprises. Your role then will be to provide support to servers and desktops, build and patch servers, hardware break fix, MS systems and Linux support, disaster recovery, network support, intranet support and a whole host of other duties. This is going to be an extremely diverse and interesting challenge for the right person. Any Microsoft certifications such as MCP's or MCSE will go heavily in your favour.
