Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading global organisation based in the Cheshire area. My client has an opening for a 1st and 2nd line support analyst with good knowledge of MS systems, and ideally an understating of .NET technology. My client is interested in seeing candidates that have some experience wither developing with ASP.NET or experience providing support on MS.NET based applications. Candidates should also have experience in the following areas-
*Basic ITIL knowledge.
*Understanding of business needs and requirements
*Experience from working with customers, preferably with Helpdesk or Support
*Problem Management skills
*Configuration Management
*Good Interpersonal skills
*Good Communication skills
If you have experience of working within an ITIL framework, and working towards SLA's then this would be the perfect opportunity.
